Artwork Requirements

File type: PNG (preferred) or high-quality JPG
Resolution: 300 DPI or higher
Color mode: RGB
Transparent background for single images
No low-resolution screenshots or heavily compressed images

Turnaround Time

Production: typically 1–2 business days

Local Pickup – Red Oak, TX: Pick up from our Red Oak location.
Warehouse Pickup – Dallas (Harry Hines): Pick up directly from the American HTV Dallas warehouse.
